I moved to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon and quickly fell in love with the tree-lined streets, fun local shops, and numerous cultural activities. Even though my husband and I had to move from Eugene, we knew we wanted to come back. We moved back in time for our first child to attend kindergarten in the 4J School District, and we’ve been here ever since.
I teach my children that when you find something important to you: figure out how you can help and do it! I’ve tried to always keep this mind which led to my involvement with my neighborhood association, Harlow Neighbors, and 10 years of neighborhood activism involvement.
On June 27, 2017, I was appointed to the Eugene City Council to represent Ward 4.
I’ll be running for my first full term, and the election will be May 15th, 2018.
